Very unlikely: It is very unlikely unless the nodule is restricting blood flow within the great vessels of the neck and chest, which could be specifically seen on mri.

Unlikely if only one: It can cause dizziness only if it compresses the blood vessels around your neck and since you only have one large nodule, it is unlikely to cause compression of blood vessels on both side of your neck.
