Back pain: There are many different pathologies that can cause back pain like a spinal compression fracture, spinal stenosis, lumbar muscle strain or herniated discs. I would get to a medical doctor for an evaluation soon, especially if the pain is still present after 2 months. Additionally, speak with your physician about Nabumetone as taking a lot of that over a long period may cause kidney damage.

Not unusual: Back pain episodes are usually self liniting and get better with time. The use of an anti- inflammatory can help with symptom control. Sometimes physical jobs may prolong the recovery process but by staying in good shape, using proper body mechanics and not smoking can also help.
