Knee pain: If the medication has only minimally decreased your pain after two weeks, you must, as soon as possible, contact your doctor who must review (and likely change) the medications . Please let me know how things go.

Yes.: There are stronger NSAID's that may help you. Talk to your prescriber about that. Nabumetone comes in 750 mg also.
