Not necessarily: The overall growth pattern is what is important to look at with your pediatrician or family doc. When you go in for your 9 month well-child check, voice your concerns and see where your kiddo is on the growth chart. If the trend looks good, everything is okay.

Probably: However it would be very unusual for there to be zero weight gain. Where and how are you measuring the weight? If it is different scales that could be the issue. I would see your pediatrician and have a deeper discussion of the details of your toddlers diet and activity. I would say to speak with them sooner, don't wait until the 9 month visit.
