Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate): Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) is excreted in the urine. The 1/2 life is reported to be 1.5 hours which means that within one day of your last 1000mg dose there should not be any effective medication in your system. If you have a particular concern with regard to having this medication in your system, you can always check with your pharmacist or prescribing doctor. Hope this helps!
