Maybe: Hepatitis b surface antibody is required for you to be immune to hepatitis b virus. It is part of routine vaccination as a child but sometimes you lose immunity as you get older - that may have happended to you. Since hepatitis b is a preventable disease i would recommend seeing your doctor for immunization.

Get Hep B vaccine: The finding you described is not a problem in itself. You should get Hep B vaccine to protect yourself from infection with hep b virus.
