I had hydrocelectomy 3 days ago and my balls have swollen up a lot and i am wondering if this is normal? and how long does it take to be normal 100%

May be: It's not unusual to have swelling for 3-5 days, but if the swelling is not getting better and you have pain, tenderness fever, you better have a follow up with the surgeon tomorrow.

However, if the wound becomes infected or a hematoma develops, then the recovery can take much much longer. Ice packs, minimal activity and scrotal support will decrease recovery time somewhat. If your scrotum continues to enlarge see your surgeon.
