Alice In Wonderland!: Yes, there are foods that may alter neural function & cognition, but there is no diet for getting smarter any more than there are diets for getting taller, prettier, etc. You are smarter however if you reduce portion size, avoid excessive snacking & unneeded calories, optimize fiber, fruits/vegetables, minimize fats, salt, sugary foods & alcohol.
