in general, how long will angioplasty last?

Varies: Angioplasty's can be performed on any artery in the body. Certain areas are easier to access and treat than others. Certain blockages or problems are also more easily treated than others. Some of the shortest angioplasty cases may last only minutes while others may last several hours.

If you mean how durable is the treatment - then it depends on many factors. Forexample, Iliac artery stents have 5 year patency results that are often >70%.
