Lots: Dry eyes, corneal problems, inflammation and cataracts. You should go see your eye doctor to figure it out.

Many things!: Cataracts, uveitis (inflammation in the eye), corneal scar, dry eyes, genetics and light colored eyes, after cataract scar tissue, some medications (prozac) etc.
