Start w/ evaluation: There are lots of reasons for abdominal pain as described ; many are not due to the GI tract. Bowel "problems" often accompany GI disorders--whether functional or "organic." if pain with meals consider peptic (acid), biliary, or pancreatic disease. If bleeding or tenderness is present, this suggests inflammation, ischemia, or infection. Please see your doctor for help.
