Could be CRP: Complex regional pain syndrome (aka reflex sympathetic dystrophy) can result from repeated injuries to the same place, especially an extremity. When it comes on , even a feather light touch can be painful. But if there is no history of injury this is not likely.

RSD/ Reflex: Sympathetic dystrophy previously known as crps (complex regional pain syndrome) is increased sensitivity to pain with changes in skin temperature and color after an injury. Pain is out of proportion to d degree of injury. This could be from a dysfunction of the sympathetic nervous system.http://rarediseases.about.com/od/rarediseasesr/a/012205.htm ://pain.About.Com/od/typesofchronicpain/p/rsd.Htm.
