Depends: C. Diff does not bother your stomach, it bothers your colon and can be fatal. Your recovery can take a long time or it can be quick if a fecal enema is used. That will usually fix c diff in a couple of hours. You need to get rid of the "ick" factor though. Also you need to have a doctor who knows about it and has the guts to use it. Better than an autopsy imho.
