Depends: Some people can feel a lot below the level of the spinal cord injury and some people do not feel anything below the level. It depends on where the damage in the spinal cord occurred. Even people who have paralysis in their limbs may still feel them due to the different location of the nerves that move the limbs and the nerves that provide sensation.
