Various reasons.: Fetal hepatosplenomegaly, once confirmed, may be seen with several fetal syndromes, such as torch infections (fetal infections: CMV mostly), glycogen storage disorders (genetic), beckwith-wiedemann syndrome, neuroblastoma, liver tumors (hepatoblastoma, hemangioendothelioma, leukemia), unctontrolled maternal diabetes mellitus and fetal anemia.
