It depends ...: It depends on the cause. An enlarged liver can be secondary to fat in the liver (most common) or from infilatrative disease (such as cancer). An enlarged spleen can be secondary to cirrhosis or some of the blood disorders. It would be important for your doctor to determine why you have this, so that it can be treated if possible.
