What do you know about antipsychotic use?

Which one: All antipsychotics are used to treat hallucinations and delusions and some may help in mood stabilization (abilify (aripiprazole) and seroquel). They are all slightly different in the way they effect dopamine, serotonin and other neurotransmitters and have different side effect profiles. A psychiatrist can help find the best one for you.
