HIV+ complications: Hi there should be zero opportunistic infections if one is on effective HIV treatment. This is the miracle of this decade. Good care and appropriate medications lead to prolonged health and longer life. But, without treatment there are the standards: thrush, pneumocystis, shingles, severe herpes, lymphoma, meningitis, etc.
