No, but liver diseas: Liver disease can cause hemorrhoids just like it can cause esophageal varices. This occurs mainly in liver failure due to hepatitis and alcohol abuse. Other causes apply. Liver failure also causes ascites just like it causes hemorrhoids.

No: Could hemmeroids cause ascites, no. If you have ascites could hemmeroids be related, yes. If you have ascites and hemmeroids will your chance of developing an infection in the ascites increase, no.
