What can i do for intestinal blockage?

Wait and see.: If large bowel obstructed by stool then disimpaction is required. If small bowel, treatment is to put a tube down through your stomach to relieve pressure. If the obstruction does not clear then surgery is indicated. If either small or large bowel is obstructed mechanically by cancer or mechanical issue you may require an invasive procedure.

Get to the hospital: An intestinal blockage can be a life-threatening condition, particularly if the loop of bowel that is blocked becomes gangrenous because its blood supply is blocked off. Often, surgery is urgently required, although, in some cases, patients can be observed carefully for a while on IV fluids and a nasogastric tube (tube that is inserted in the nose that drains the secretions from the stomach).
