What are some methods for carpal tunnel, tendonitis and trigger finger pain management?

Ice, nSAID's&message: All three of these conditions have some component of inflammation. Ice and nsaid's are very good treatments for inflammation. Message breaks up scar tissue and increases local blood flow. If these treatments are ineffective, see a board certified orthopaedic hand surgeon for further evaluation. Therapy and/or oral/injectable steroids may resolve persistent symptoms, if not surgery is an option.

MANY USE NSAIDs: Or non steroidal antinflammatories , the symptoms can be treated quite well with these to start. Medication, exercise, therapy, splinting, activity modification and surgery. all can treat these but best to start simple, even tylenol (acetaminophen). Many mistakenly take a lil or two but if medically ok it may be better to take for a few days straight to give the medic a chance ( DOSE:always read the label!!!)
