Cysts: lung blebs are air-filled cysts at the top or apices of the lungs. symptoms usually are manifested as a spontaneous pneumothorax in a teenager. initially a chest tube is placed to re-expand the lung. once expanded a chest CT is done to check for cysts. the cysts can be stapled using thoracoscopic technique.
