No: Active rest, nsaids, maybe pt with modalities, vit c...But time is the key.

discipline/support: Usually getting better within a few weeks, with proper: rest, elevation, ice. If getting worse at anytime, you should be re-evaluated by your physician. If not getting better after a few weeks , you should be re evaluated. Low dose antiinflamitory medications maybe helpful. However, long term use of antiinflamitory medications may have some risk, that you will need to discuss with you doctor. See.
