Is there a particular ear drop medicine that is best for teenagers?

Not necessary: Unless there is a specific problem with the ear no eardrops of any kind should be put in an ear, whether child, teenager or adult. The normal ear makes wax to protect itself and putting drops in the ear or trying to otherwise manipulate it can only lead to problems.
