Needs attention: Could be oh so many things. Teenager must be examined to determine cause and rx. Please take your child to physician asap. This probably is not going to go away if you wait, just get more difficult to rx.

Variable diagnosis: Often these are calcium deposits that have originated as a bony overgrowth to what may have been minor trauma. They are common in prominent areas like the eyebrow ridge. I would have it evaluated during regular office hours by his regular doc.
