Is there a link between nocturia and low-carb diet?

Yes: A low carb diet leads to weight loss which is mostly water in the first 1-2 weeks. After that there should not be excess water loss and the nocturia will cease. If you are on this diet for weight loss and drink more water to help 'detoxify' you may have nocturia. If it is not related to either of these and continues, seek medical help.
