Unlikely: Drugs, either prescription, over the counter, or vitamins and herbals can provide benefits if used properly, but may injure some if given in inappropriate doses or folks who have varying susceptibilities to adverse events.There is no evidence of complete safety for marijuana, and some people have significant psychiatric reactions. Drugs may restore health, but none are considered the "healthiest".
