Maybe: How bloody? Was it painful? For a young 33 year old without other medical issues like bleeding disorder, blood thinner use or ibd, you are most likely dealing with a hemorrhoid bleed. If it hurts quite a lot, it maybe a fissure. Should see a doctor if it persists, recurs.

Yes, however: Rectal bleeding or blood on toilet paper may be from bleeding internal hemorrhoids. It's important to see a doctor however and have a colonoscopy to make sure there are no other sources of lower GI bleeding such as colon cancer. Once your doctor knows there are no other causes of bleeding then treatment of the hemorrhoid with stool softeners, banding, or hemorrhoidectomy may be started.
