How do you read the results of a hepatitis c ab test?

Positive or negative: A positive or reactive antibody test means you either had or still have hepatitis c. A negative or non-reactive test means you don't. If your test is positive, you then need either an hcv RNA or a riba to find out if they virus is still present or if you've cleared it and are no longer infected.

What does it mean . My test results back as hep B Surface AB >1,000 . And In another test its Hepatitis B surface AG negative ? Is the first test abnormal ?
