In this order:: If the hepatitis c antibody is positive, was the hcv RNA (viral load) positive? If yes, what is the hcv genotype? Is there any evidence of cirrhosis (from physical exam or labs)? What can you do to keep your liver as healthy as possible? How can you protect accidental transmission to people close to you? What treatment options are there today and in the near future and what would they recommend?
