Could be blood clot: A blood clot, though uncommon, is possible from vigorous oral sex or from an injury riding a bike or other impact related activity. It can also be a manifestation of an std. You have been tested. Has any professional actually examined you? Needs to be evaluated especially if it persists. Some lesions may not "grow out" or be sampled. This is a false negative result . Be sure to be checked!
