Does a simple normal blood and urine test with no detection of infection rule out the presence of sexual transmitted disease?

No: These tests do not detect STDs. If at risk, you must have STD tests like urine or vaginal swab for chlamydia and gonorrhea; and blood tests for syphilis and HIV. Good luck!
