Good for you: Congrats on the weight loss, that's great. Fatty liver can be monitored with liver enzyme testing (blood test) or imaging tests (ct scan or ultrasound). It may be hard to tell if it's getting "better" unless you are having some type of complication from fatty liver, but if your liver enzymes normalize, this is probably a good sign.
