Probably don't need: There i s much debate regarding how much vitamin d a person needs. Some say below 10 is deficiency, others below 30, while even others say below 40. It is fat soluble vitamin which means it may be stored in fat and not always detectable in the blood. Try wild salmon and fortified foods and don't exceed 1, 000 iu per day. If you don't have any symptoms that should be okay. Try another lab as well.
