Inconclusive: Simply restricting calories is dangerous unless you get all the essential vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and protein you need. Moderating consumption of food is considered healthy but it depends on which foods you eat. At the end of the day, eating the right foods, avoiding the wrong ones is more important than just eating less.
