It all depends: The problem with your question is context. A person can safely go all day without eating provided they have enough nutrition. But going several days without calories is a problem. Also age makes a difference. An infant and most likely very elderly can’t go as long as a healthy adult without some adverse efffects. Intermittent fasting may actually be good. Context please.
