If necessary: You should try and see your gynecologist. You may have anther cyst. There are often underlying hormone issues that increase the chance of cysts. Severe pain especially with fever or nausea is an urgent matter.

Should get checked: If a person has a known history of ovarian cysts, and one ruptured (with internal pain and bleeding) leading her to the er, it would be a good idea to get checked if the same symptoms occurred again. If one's doctor is available by phone or is in his office, contacting the doctor would be the first thing to do. If no doctor is available, the er would be the place to go.
