Very common.: Dizziness and weakness can be very common in early pregnancy, especially in summer heat. Hydrate vigorously, avoid ambient heat and get some rest. Do not jump out of bed, but rather slowly get up from lying down. Increase your salt intake if you are not hypertensive (snacks, chips etc). Orange juice is a great idea to feel better acutely (unless you are diabetic).

No: You should check with your doctor. This could just be a fluid issue. I would try to drink more fluids but if that doesn't work then see your doctor.
