Breathing: It may be normal if there is no underlying physical problem. Things we worry about include pulmonary embolism (clots in the lungs) due to the fact pregnancy predisposes to clot formation. While this condition is fairly rare overall, cases of it happen and you've not been evaluated, you need to be. It often goes hand in hand with leg swelling (clot formation), fairly sudden onset.
