Happens: Lightheadedness and dizziness are symptoms that could be seen in pregnancy, but certainly do not have to be. Furthermore, they can be caused by a lot of factors that have nothing to do with pregnancy. So having the symptoms, and then a normal period leads one to assume that the dizziness was not pregnancy related.
