Maybe benign: Depending on your age, this may be merely, leg length asymettry, deconditioning, or perhaps a muscular strain/sprain. In older pts, we might wonder about decreased blood flow, such as hardening of arteries, or neurogenic claudication associated with low back problems such as lumbar stenosis.
