Hyperventilation: If it only happens when you exhale it may be a symptom of hyperventilation. When you breathe more deeply or more rapidly than normal your lungs eliminate more carbon dioxide than usual. This can change blood ph and influence calcium levels, which may cause tingling in the hands or around the mouth. Finger tingling can also be caused by other things, though. I'd recommend that you see your doctor.
