Not too predictable: Most std's can cause stomach/abdominal aches and pains, and can cause fatigue, in some but not in all patients. It's hard to predict which patients will get such symptoms, except for HIV causing fatigue in most people. Because these same symptoms happen in most other infections (non-std's), a patient's history of activities, infections in partners, the exam, and the lab tests are really important.

Many variables: Not all stds for instance hpv cause abdominal pain, but some stds can cause pelvic inflammatory disease which gives abdominal pain and fatigue. A rare complication of pelvic inflammatory disease is inflammation around the liver called fitz hugh curtis syndrome. This is usually due to gonorrhea or chlamydia.
