Possible: not wise: If you immobilize it properly, if you are other wise healthy it could heal. However, what if it is out of alignment or heals out of alignment. How will you be able to properly immobilize it and how do you know what steps to take to ensure adequate healing and to deal with any complication. It is extremely foolish to try to handle this yourself. Also depends on type of fracture and severity.
