See a surgeon: Ct scans are fantastic tests but they identify a lot of "things" outside of what we may be looking for. You cannot isolate one finding-an enlarged lymph node-and get good advice about what to do. We need to ask a lot of questions, do a thorough examination+/-blood tests & review the ct scan before making a formal recommendation. Unfortunately, no short-cuts allowed in this situation.

Need more info: Which lymph nodes? How many? How enlarged? Any fever, weight loss or constitutional symptoms? For a meaningful suggestion you should be examined and your blood work looked at, and the ct scans examined and/or discussed with a radiologist. The issue is best handled through a discussion with your doctor.
