Sinus Congestion: Oral decongestants, such as pseudoephedrine, and saline nasal flushes may help relieve sinus congestion. Most of the otc antihistamines combine a decongesant, such as Allegra d, zyrtec d, and Claritin d. Prescription nasal steroid sprays work the best.
