Depends: Helps to know how you got the diagnosis of si pain. Also, several potential causes with different treatments: true sacroiliitis (inflammation), loose/torn ligaments, locked si jt, etc. Treatments could be steroid injection, prolotherapy, manipulation, etc. A good history and phys exam, including an osteopathic hands-on exam, might more precisely determine likely cause and best treatment.
