Many people do: Sacroiliac joint is the most complex joint in the spine. It moves in six planes of motion and is l shaped. Has innervation from the back and in the front. It can become misaligned and cause a lot of pain due to abnormal friction of ilium on sacrum. In someone young like you it is usually due to pelvic imbalance from short leg syndrome or psoas muscle spasm.

Sacroiliac joint pain and problems are reasonably common and often caused by injuries. This can also be found in some uncommon forms of arthritis. Many clinicians miss this diagnosis because patients refer generally to it as low back pain. A good exam is the best initial method of diagnosis. The best confirmatory test is a numbing block injection of the joint in question.
