There are no new : Ones but standard testing after beginning with a complete history and physical exam with appropriate blood work, plain radiographs, mri, ct and possibly bone scan as well as diagnostic blocks for diagnosis and to rule out other possible causes such as hip or spine pathology or intrapelvic issues.
