Find a way: You can do as much preventative as possible, brushing, flossing, flouride rinse but if you have serious dental needs they are only going to get worse. Some dentists finance patients, other have care credit which is interest free for 12 months.

Talk to your dentist: Talk to your dentist. Usually dental offices will work with their patients with payment plans.

Go anyway: You really can't afford not to go! preventive care is so important and so cost effective. If you do have a problem, without treatment your expense can grow exponentially. Cleanings and check ups are not that expensive. Remember oral health can affect your whole body. Many dental offices offer payment plans if you do need treatment. If you have no money and lots of time go to a dental school.

Dental School: Seek treatment at a local Dental School. Also, check with the local dental society to get more info on the opportunities available to you . Keep looking. Good Luck.
